1. GENERAL
1.1 These Conditions apply to the use by any visitor of the Myescape.club website and should be read carefully before any use. Nothing in these conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
1.2 The websites https://myescape.club/, www.myescape.club, myescape.club are owned and operated by the AMS Fun B.V.
1.3 Myescape.Club is part of AMS Fun B.V (BTW-nummer: NL855248221B01). The trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of the Company. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written permission of AMS Fun B.V and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor’s rights.
1.4 The Website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites. The operation of those websites is out of the company’s control and you may use them at your own risk. The company accepts no liability for any damage arising out of any use of those websites.
1.5 The Company reserves the right to amend the conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
1.6 The Company doesn’t tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees, nor will it accept anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol and any such behavior will result in your game ending without refund.
2. BOOKINGS
2.1 You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the Online Booking Form. By submitting an Online Booking Form, you acknowledge that all details supplied by you to the company are true and accurate.
2.2 This is a live event game, and once the booking is proceeded, we can accept any cancellations or give any refunds if you contact us at least 48 hours before your game.
2.3 A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team is late 15 minutes or more. In this situation, the money is not refundable, but the company reserve the right to reschedule your booking without extra payment.
2.4 If the team is late for less than 15 minutes, depending on availability, the time in the room could be decreased accordingly.
2.5 The teams are encouraged to arrive not earlier and not later than 15 minutes prior to start of the booking. This will ensure they are briefed about the rules and the story of the escape room.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 The price of a game is stated on the website. When you choose all booking paraments the total cost will show up.
3.2 The price is set according to number of people in a room, escape room and to the day of the week.
3.3 The prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4 Bookings can be made online, in our reception or by phone.
3.5 Full payment is required at the time of booking or on site. Cash, our gift cards, any major credit or debit card are accepted.
3.6 In a situation, where the number of people attending is less than it was booked for initially, the price difference will not be reimbursed.
3.7 In a situation, where the number of people attending is more than it was booked for initially, the price difference can be settled upon arrival to the game.
3.8 Only one type of discount or offer can be used with a single booking.
4. SAFETY
4.1 For safety reasons we are not allowing anyone visibly intoxicated to play any of our escape rooms or VR games. In a similar fashion, if you are disruptive, unruly or present a threat to our environments or staff we may be forced to terminate your adventure.
4.2 Аnyone below the age of 14 are allowed only if accompanied by an adult.
4.3 The safety and comfort of our guests are the main priorities of Myescape.Club. We have a panic button in every room. You could easily leave the room in case of an emergency situation, some discomfort, or needs. The game won't be stopped and the other team members could continue playing while you have a rest.
5. PHOTOS
5.1 Photos of each team will be taken during and at the end of the game, your game master will ask permission first.
5.2 Team photos are offered as a free service.
