The Curse — Horror Escape Room in Amsterdam

Enter one of Amsterdam's most terrifying escape rooms. Uncover the secrets of a cursed house, confront the darkness within, and escape before it's too late.

An old legend tells of a cursed house hidden in the heart of Amsterdam. Within its walls, a secret society once performed gruesome rituals, stealing the souls of innocent victims to summon demons from the depths of hell.
Even today, the mayor refuses to demolish the house. The locals know its terrifying history and dare not go near it.
But you are different.
You and your friends have decided to enter the abandoned house and uncover the truth behind its darkest secrets.

Getting inside is easy. Escaping is another story.

Will you make it out alive, or will your souls become part of the curse... forever?

IMPORTANT INFO:

This escape room is not recommended for individuals that are suffering from disorders of the nervous system (panic attacks, claustrophobia, epilepsy, etc.)

  • Got there by chance, seen this place from a tram. The staff advised to play Steampunk room as the newest and most advanced. Gosh, it was beautiful, interiors developed to minor details, only seen anything like that in the movies. Puzzles are also great. Made our day!

  • We played the room Steampunk and loved it. Room is really beautiful and has amazing details. The puzzels are fun and interesting. With some help of fun game master we were able to solve them all. Great team and lovely experience! Highly recommend

  • It was our second visit to Amsterdam, so we focussed more on the non-tourist stuff. This escape room was near our hotel, and based on good reviews we went to play. Great atmosphere, great puzzles, great hosting. It was a real pleasure.

  • Good escape room, nicely decorated and awesome atmosphere. We have played the new one. It is not easy but we did it by combining our brainpower end creativity.

  • We had an awesome time! Brilliantly themed escape experience. The game master seemed genuinely interested in making our visit enjoyable. A fun, challenging puzzles. By the way, we managed to escape in time!

  • The rooms are well-designed with lots of narrative and excitement throughout. There was enough to do within the game that our team of five were all able to actively contribute throughout. There were a couple of moments wherein I wish the host had been a touch more attentive during the game but this didn't really detract from the overall experience. Really good value for money. Highly, highly recommend.

  • As a group of three we did all the rooms. The rooms are just great, fantastic decor and props, very sophisticated electronics and a great host. Definitely a recommendation from three escape room enthusiasts!

  • I played there with my friends and had a really fantastic time! Its a great game where you must work together to complete the mission. You can also save eachother and even kill eachother. Was loads of fun and we want to come again soon and beat our record! Definitely recommend!
